Please allow the CER Bases (derivatives) and Rate/Factors to display on the Detail Cost Breakdown. Currently, only the total CER cost is displayed without showing the base and factor/rate.

Create menu of options to delete/scramble names, bidders, BOE, etc etc etc. Often times a request for a .zip by EBS is for only one issue, and a lot of the data can be stripped out.
