Auto Deactivate After x Number of days

Feature Request: Auto-deactivate inactive users

Summary:
Add a configurable system setting that automatically deactivates users after they have not logged in for a specified number of days. Include a configurable notification to warn users before deactivation so they have an opportunity to log in and retain access.

Problem Statement:
Currently, inactive user accounts remain active unless they are manually reviewed and deactivated. This creates unnecessary administrative effort and may increase security and access-management risk by allowing unused accounts to persist longer than needed. Without an automated warning and deactivation process, administrators must rely on manual tracking, and users may lose access unexpectedly if account cleanup is handled inconsistently.

Proposed Solution:
Add an admin-configurable inactivity threshold in system settings that defines the number of days a user can go without logging in before automatic deactivation.
Allow administrators to configure one or more notification messages that alert users before their account is deactivated.
Ensure notifications are sent within a defined warning window so users have time to log in and reset their inactivity status.
Automatically deactivate accounts only after the configured inactivity period has elapsed without a successful login.
Allow administrators to manage the feature without custom intervention, with settings that are easy to update as policy requirements change.
Ensure the feature applies only to intended user types and follows existing account status and access rules.
