Description: Current there is overlap between products on the use of Access Tags. Move all access tag management to Authorization Sever so access tag can be managed in one place.
Use Case/Example: Currently a user my access several different products. Their access tags and role have to be managed in each product creating duplicate work.
I agree with this, on the condition that AuthServerPro gets additional controls above Admin On/Off, particularly concerning kicking people out of the system and being able to access/delete the licenses. Otherwise moving all the Role and Access Tag Control to ASP is going to put even greater burden on the true system admins.
In our situation, using the old system we allowed our entire pricing org (~50 people) access to add users since they were keeping track of the proposal teammates anyway and we potentially had a huge amount of technical folks being added to the system for each proposal. With the new system, I don't want them to all have access to everything in ASP, meaning people that can add users went from ~50 to 2.
