BOE PRO Terminology Considerations

BOE PRO Terminology Considerations: One of the hurdles with BOE Pro is the terminology within the application, specifically terminology that conflicts with terminology regularly used outside of ProPricer. Below is a recommendation we thought of that would help make the functionality more clear

The rationale for the changes:

* A responsibility assignment matrix (RAM) can vary significantly between proposals as well as between companies. Some RAMs are basic and only include WBS and the bidder. In contrast, others include Option, CLIN, WBS, Function, and individual bidder/approver, essentially the detailed roadmap of where the estimates and BOEs will be for the particular proposal. Using the RAM terminology confuses users as it implies the RAM will meet the unique proposal requirements. The current BOE Pro RAM identifies where there is a BOE in the proposal and doesn't include all potential parameters like option, CLIN, etc. Changing the RAM title to BOE Structure (or something similar) would reduce confusion among the users and make the overall process flow more intuitive within BOE Pro.
* Changing the RAM terminology would also impact the responsibility assignment matrix administrators and responsibility group. The recommended changes for these are for BOE Admins and BOE Participants, respectively.
