Feature Request: Date Entry Like CE

Summary:
Enable users to quickly enter and adjust proposal dates (Start Date, End Date, Due Date) using a more efficient date entry interaction, similar to the CE experience. The goal is to minimize clicks and make changing months and years much faster.

Problem Statement:
On the proposal properties screen, updating dates requires many clicks, especially when users need to move across months or years. This makes simple adjustments (e.g., shifting a timeline by a few months or setting dates far in the past/future) slow and frustrating, particularly for users who manage many proposals or frequently revise schedules.

Proposed Solution:
Adopt a date entry interaction similar to CE for the proposal properties Start Date, End Date, and Due Date fields.
Allow users to type dates directly into the field using common date formats (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY), with validation and auto-formatting.
Provide an improved calendar picker that supports quicker navigation across months and years (e.g., month/year dropdowns, jump controls, or scroll-based navigation).
Ensure keyboard-friendly interactions (tabbing between fields, arrow keys, page up/down for month/year changes) to reduce reliance on mouse clicks.
Maintain consistent behavior and visual design across all date fields in the proposal properties panel.
