Feature Request: Resource ID Auto-Refresh in Edit Resource

Summary:
Enable the resource ID to automatically refresh in the edit resource view whenever relevant fields are changed or the record is saved. This would ensure the resource ID stays aligned with the latest resource details without requiring manual intervention.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when a user updates a resource in the estimates view and changes the cost center, the resource ID does not automatically update. Users must manually refresh the resource ID to reflect the change. This adds unnecessary effort, creates the risk of inconsistent resource data, and can lead to confusion when the displayed resource ID no longer matches the current resource attributes.

Proposed Solution:
Automatically refresh the resource ID in the edit resource view whenever a user changes a field that affects the resource ID, such as the cost center. The refresh should occur either immediately after the change is made or automatically upon save. The system should ensure the updated resource ID always reflects the latest saved values without requiring a separate manual refresh action.
