Auto-Hide for Menu and Blue Top Bar

To make more room on the screen, auto-hide the topbar with an option to turn autohide on or off.

Proposed function.

* A button on the blue bar enables/disables autohide.
* When autohide is enabled, the top bar auto hides after 5 sec with more mouse on it.
* Mousing over the a small section at the top unhides the menu.
