Feature Request: Default Filter Row on All Grids

Summary:
Enable the filter row by default on all grids and remember each user’s filter visibility preference across sessions. This would make filtering more accessible and reduce repetitive setup for users who regularly work with grid-based data.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users must manually enable the filter row when working in grids, which adds unnecessary friction to common workflows. If the system does not remember their preference, users must repeat the same action each time they return, creating a frustrating and inconsistent experience.
