Unassigning All Access Tags

Description: Access Tags can be temporary. Currently, if they are used, they cannot be deleted. Add an option to Unassing All to the access tag. Clicking the unassign all will remove the access tag from all assigned places.

Use Case/Example: An access tag is created to control access for a temporary estimator. After that project is completed, the estimator is no longer in BOE Pro, and that tag is no longer needed.
