Row View for the detailed inputs

Feature Request: Row-based month entry for detailed inputs

Summary:
Enable users to enter and view monthly values with months displayed as rows instead of columns in the BOE and Estimates detailed inputs. This should support easy copy-paste from Excel where data is typically organized with months in rows, improving data entry speed and accuracy.

Problem Statement:
Currently, month values are displayed in columns, while most Excel-based financial models and historical data are structured with months as rows. This mismatch forces users to manually reorient or reformat data before pasting, or to enter values one by one. The process is slow, error-prone, and creates friction for users who are working with multi-year datasets copied from spreadsheets.

Proposed Solution:
Provide an option to switch the detailed inputs layout so that months appear as rows instead of columns in the BOE and Estimates view.
Support copy-paste operations where month values are organized row by row (e.g., each row representing a month across multiple years or line items).
Maintain compatibility with the existing column-based layout by allowing users to toggle between row-based and column-based month views as needed.
Ensure that underlying calculations, validations, and data storage remain consistent regardless of the visual orientation.
Preserve any existing filters, selections, and context (e.g., year, cost element, line item) when switching between row and column layouts.

Benefits:
Reduces manual data manipulation when importing from Excel, saving significant time for users handling historical or multi-year data.
Decreases the likelihood of data entry errors caused by reorienting or rekeying monthly values.
Aligns the application’s data entry workflow with common spreadsheet practices, improving usability and adoption.
Provides flexibility for different user preferences and modeling styles by supporting both row-based and column-based month layouts.
