Partial Bulk Edit from file

Description: The idea is to be able to select a set of columns to apply bulk edit command on a proposal, but not all of them.

Use Case/Example: Imagine I have a bulk edit template of tasks, but I only want to update name and description, probably task fields, but not change the start/end dates.
