Proposal Breakdown Structure Bar - reduce white space

Feature Request: Proposal Breakdown Structure Bar – Reduced Indentation White Space

Summary:
Improve the proposal breakdown structure (PBS) toolbar so that nested folder levels do not create excessive indentation and vertical white space, allowing users to see more folder names at once without constantly resizing the bar.

Problem Statement:
In the PBS toolbar, each additional level in the folder hierarchy introduces increased indentation and extra white space. As structures become deeply nested, this pushes folder names further to the right and down, forcing users to enlarge the bar just to read folder names. This makes it cumbersome and inefficient to navigate and locate specific folders within a proposal, especially in complex structures.

Proposed Solution:
Adjust the layout and spacing behavior of the PBS toolbar to minimize unnecessary indentation and vertical white space for nested folders.
Use a more compact indentation style that preserves hierarchy visibility while maximizing usable space for folder names.
Consider options such as: reduced per-level indent, configurable indentation size, or a condensed tree view that limits extra padding between levels.
Ensure that text remains readable and that folder hierarchy is still clearly communicated (e.g., via subtle lines, icons, or minimal indents instead of large shifts).

Benefits:
Increases the number of visible folders without resizing the bar.
Reduces the need for constant manual adjustment of the PBS bar height and width.
Improves navigation efficiency when searching for specific folders in large, complex proposals.
Enhances overall usability and visual clarity of the PBS toolbar for power users managing deep folder hierarchies.
