BOEPro - Support MX aware systems

Description: Currently BOEPro does not support any MX aware hosts to transmit email using outlook express. See: Client ID: 31046) [Case No.: 250916-001384] BOEPro supports email using Mailkit and a physical email server needs to be input into BOEPro WebAPI configuration to send email notifications. Using an email relay C-Name record throws an error message (see ticket)

Use Case/Example: Allowing use of MX aware system host features makes email configuration for technical team easier than supporting several hosts (both primary and failover). With this current setup, technical team is burdened by swapping mail servers if they are failed over.
