Feature Request: Enhanced Value Formatting in Sections

Description: Add support for including both "Query Values" and "Actual Values" as formatted sections, with the ability to list all values separated by commas for improved readability and reporting within the application.

Use Case / Example

As a user, I want to be able to display a list of "Query Values" and "Actual Values" within a designated section of the BOE, with each value separated by a comma. This enhancement will allow for easier audit trail when reviewing BOEs

Acceptance Criteria

• Support for adding both "Query Values" and "Actual Values" to a formatted section of a report or page.

• Values are automatically separated by commas for clear presentation.
