Feature Request: Algorithmic Cost Elements in Pivot Grid

Summary:
Enable users to select and report on all algorithmic cost elements directly within the pivot grid, so the estimating team can access detailed cost data in BOE Pro in a manner equivalent to CE.

Problem Statement:
Today, the pivot grid does not expose all algorithmic cost elements, limiting the estimating team’s ability to analyze full cost structures. This gap forces manual workarounds or separate tools to reproduce the level of detail they currently achieve in CE, leading to inefficiency, inconsistent reporting, and potential discrepancies between systems.

Proposed Solution:
Expose all algorithmic cost elements as selectable fields within the pivot grid configuration.
Allow users to filter, group, and aggregate on these algorithmic cost elements in the same way they do with other cost fields.
Ensure that pivot grid exports (e.g., to Excel or CSV) include all selected algorithmic cost elements and their values.
Maintain functional parity with CE for cost detail visibility, so users can replicate their existing CE pivot-style analysis within BOE Pro.
