Feature Request: Display Workflow Step Comments in BOE List

Summary:
Add a dedicated column to the BOE List that surfaces the comment associated with each workflow step, allowing users to quickly read context and decisions without navigating into multiple detail views.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users must click into individual workflow steps or related records to see the comments associated with those steps. This requires several clicks per item, making it slow and inefficient to review context, decisions, or justifications across many BOE entries. The lack of an at-a-glance view of workflow step comments hinders quick reviews, increases the chance of missing important notes, and slows down audits or approvals.

Proposed Solution:
Add an optional “Workflow Step Comment” (or similar) column to the BOE List view.
Display the most recent comment associated with the current workflow step for each BOE item in that column.
Support standard list behaviors such as column show/hide, resizing, and reordering so teams can customize the layout.
If there are multiple comments, show the latest one and provide a hover tooltip or expansion option to view the full text when truncated.
Ensure the column updates dynamically as workflow steps change or new comments are added.
