Add Total row to Skill Mix table and align table visuals

Description:
I would like to propose an enhancement to the Skill Mix table to improve usability, consistency, and clarity for users.

Proposed changes

Add a “Total” row to the Skill Mix table

• Introduce a Total row that aggregates and represents all results across the grouped rows, similar to the Total row currently shown in the Actuals table.

• This Total row should clearly indicate the overall sum and 100% historical value, making it easier for users to understand the full context of the grouped data.

Align the visual design between the Skill Mix table and the Actuals / Section tables

Currently, the Skill Mix table and the tables shown in Actuals and Sections have different visual representations, even though they display closely related data.

Aligning the table layout, hierarchy, and total-row presentation would improve:

user comprehension,

visual consistency across the application,

and reduce confusion when switching between views.
Why this is needed

• Users already see a Total row in the Actuals table and expect a similar summary when viewing grouped Skill Mix data.

• The absence of a Total row in the Skill Mix table makes it harder to quickly validate totals and percentages.

• Consistent table visuals across Actuals, Sections, and Skill Mix create a more intuitive and predictable user experience.
