Feature Request: Subtotals in All Relevant Tabs

Summary:
Add subtotal calculations to the Calculations, Direct, ER Results, and Travel tabs so users can quickly see intermediate totals without exporting data or manually summing values. This will provide clearer visibility into categorized amounts and improve review and validation workflows.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users cannot see subtotals within the Calculations, Direct, ER Results, and Travel tabs. They must manually calculate or export data to determine category-level or grouped totals. This is time-consuming, increases the risk of errors, and makes it harder to validate data, review specific cost or expense groupings, and explain results to stakeholders.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce configurable subtotal rows/sections in the Calculations, Direct, ER Results, and Travel tabs.
Allow subtotals to be automatically calculated based on logical groupings (e.g., category, account, cost element, segment, or user-defined grouping where applicable).
Display subtotals clearly and persistently, visually distinguished from line items and grand totals.
Ensure subtotals recalculate dynamically when data is edited, added, or removed.
Support inclusion of subtotals in exports and reports generated from these tabs so that downstream consumers see the same structured totals.
