Feature Request: Sync Custom Resource Names from Contractor Edition Direct Rate Overrides

Summary:
Ensure that when proposals are synced from Contractor Edition (CE) to BOE Pro, any custom resource names defined in CE direct rate overrides are also synced and reflected in BOE Pro. This keeps resource naming consistent across systems and aligns BOE Pro with the user’s expectations based on CE configuration.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when users change a resource name in the direct rate overrides in Contractor Edition (CE) and then sync the proposal with BOE Pro, the updated resource name is not reflected in BOE Pro. This discrepancy causes confusion, increases the risk of misinterpretation or misreporting of resource data, and forces users to perform redundant manual updates or cross-checks between systems.

Proposed Solution:
Enable synchronization of custom resource names from CE direct rate overrides into BOE Pro as part of the existing proposal sync process.
Respect the overridden resource name set in CE so that BOE Pro displays the same name wherever that resource is used in the synced proposal.
If there are conflicts (e.g., the same resource with different names), provide clear rules for precedence (e.g., prefer the override name from CE) and surface any conflicts in a sync log or notification.
Ensure that this behavior is consistent across all relevant proposal elements and reporting views in BOE Pro so users see the same resource names everywhere.
