Feature Request: BOM Refresh and Manual Cost Source Selection

Summary:
Enable users to refresh the BOM in BOE Pro on demand after running the cost source selection process in an external system. The feature should update BOM structure, part information, and available cost sources, while also allowing users to review individual parts and manually select a preferred cost source when needed.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users rely on cost source selection processes that occur outside of BOE Pro, but there is no streamlined way to refresh the BOM and pull in the latest structure, part data, and cost source options on demand. This creates inefficiencies when users need updated information and limits their ability to review and override cost sources for specific parts within BOE Pro.

Proposed Solution:
Add a refresh BOM action in BOE Pro that users can trigger after completing the cost source selection process in the external system.
When selected, the refresh should create a new version of the BOM with updated structure, part details, and all available cost sources associated with each part. He element should have a version history showing what is was before th refrash and what it is now.
Allow users to click into a part’s cost source within the BOE interface to view all available cost sources returned from the external system.
Provide filtering capabilities so users can narrow available cost sources and select the most appropriate one for a given part.
Ensure the refreshed data is presented clearly so users can review relevant parts and make manual adjustments where necessary.
