Introduce an AI-driven proposal review agent that automatically analyzes proposals on each submit or sync action, identifies configurable discrepancies, and generates a detailed, navigable report with recommended resolutions. This ensures proposals meet defined requirements and compliance standards before final submission, while maintaining a full review history for audit and traceability.

Problem Statement:
Today, users must manually validate proposals against a broad set of requirements, standards, and customer- or program-specific rules. This manual review is time-consuming, inconsistent, and prone to human error. Important discrepancies can be missed, leading to rework, delayed submissions, and potential non-compliance. There is also limited traceability of what was reviewed, when, and by whom, making audits and post-mortems difficult.

Proposed Solution:
Implement an AI Agent that is triggered on proposal submit or sync actions and offers to run an automated proposal review.
Allow admins to configure and manage all discrepancy criteria (e.g., missing sections, inconsistent values, misaligned narratives, threshold violations) via an administrative interface.
Generate a structured review report that lists all identified discrepancies, their severity or impact, and clear, actionable suggestions for remediation.
Provide “Jump To” links from each discrepancy in the report to the exact section or data element within the proposal that needs attention.
Support re-running the review after fixes so users can validate that all issues are resolved prior to final submission.
Maintain a complete history of all review reports per proposal, including timestamps, criteria used, and outcomes, for audit and compliance tracking.
