Total Field in ESI function only contains "..." No Text description capability is provided

Feature Request: Add text description support for ESI Total field

Summary:
Enable the Total field in the ESI function to display and support a readable text description instead of only showing "...". This would give users clearer context within the Skill Mix table and make the field more understandable during review and data entry.

Problem Statement:
Currently, the Total field in the ESI function only displays "...", with no text description capability provided by Deltek. This makes it difficult for users to understand what the field represents or verify its purpose while working in the Skill Mix table. The lack of visible descriptive text reduces usability, creates ambiguity, and can slow down workflow when users need additional clarification outside the system.

Proposed Solution:
Enhance the ESI function so the Total field can display a meaningful text description directly within the Skill Mix table.
Allow the field to support descriptive text that is visible to users without requiring additional navigation or guesswork.
Ensure the description is presented clearly and consistently anywhere the Total field appears in the ESI workflow.
If system limitations prevent immediate native support, submit an enhancement request to Deltek to add this capability.
