Feature Request: Streamlined BOE Entry Workflow

Summary:
Create a guided BOE entry experience that walks users step by step through the full BOE process. The workflow should lead users from proposal selection through BOE setup, task dimensions, narrative entry, formula approval, task application, and travel details, then complete the process by placing the finished BOE in the user’s owned BOEs list.

Problem Statement:
The current BOE process appears to require users to manage multiple steps manually, which can make BOE creation more difficult, inconsistent, and time-consuming. Without a streamlined workflow, users may miss required inputs, enter information out of sequence, or struggle to move efficiently from setup to completion. This creates unnecessary friction in a process that should be structured and easy to follow.

Proposed Solution:
Develop a streamlined BOE entry UI that guides users through each stage of the process in a clear sequence.
Allow users to begin by selecting a proposal and choosing to create a BOE.
Prompt users to enter BOE and task dimensions early in the workflow.
Guide users through completing the narrative section by section to ensure structured input.
Present formulas for user review and approval before tasks are applied.
Prompt users to apply tasks as part of the guided process.
Ask users whether travel is required, and if so, guide them through selecting a trip, assigning people, entering days, choosing dates, and linking the travel to a task.
Provide a clear completion action that advances the BOE to the next step and adds it to the user’s owned BOEs list.
