Workflow due date for RAM groups

Feature Request: Workflow due dates by RAM group

Summary:
Enable administrators to assign default due dates to workflow steps by RAM group so that when a BOE is created and assigned to a user in that group, the workflow due dates are automatically populated based on the predefined RAM settings.

Problem Statement:
Currently, workflow step due dates must be set manually or are not consistently aligned with the RAM group responsible for the work. This creates extra administrative effort, increases the risk of inconsistent timelines, and can lead to missed expectations when BOEs are assigned to different teams or roles. Without automated due date assignment tied to RAM groups, users must rely on manual updates that slow down the process and introduce errors.

Proposed Solution:
Allow admins to configure default due dates for each workflow step at the RAM group level.
When a BOE is created and assigned to a user within a specific RAM group, automatically apply the workflow due dates associated with that group.
Ensure the due dates update based on the assigned RAM group at the time of BOE creation or assignment.
Preserve flexibility for authorized users to adjust workflow due dates manually when exceptions are needed.
Provide clear visibility into which RAM group rules were applied so users can understand how due dates were determined.
