Feature Request: Proposal Management Assistant

Summary:
Enable a proposal management assistant that can review proposals before submission, update and manage proposal properties, build and maintain the PBS and assignments, generate reports and infographics about the proposal, and create a complete proposal from source documentation.

Problem Statement:
Managing proposal development manually can be time-consuming and fragmented. Teams must review proposals, update multiple proposal properties, organize the PBS and assignments, and create supporting reports separately, which increases effort, slows submission readiness, and raises the risk of inconsistencies across proposal materials.

Proposed Solution:
Provide an assistant that can review proposals for submission readiness and identify gaps or issues before final delivery.
Allow the assistant to update and manage proposal properties as needed throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Enable the assistant to build and maintain the PBS and related assignments to keep work structured and coordinated.
