Persist Column width setting per user on the estimates view

Feature Request: Persist Column Width Settings in Estimates View

Summary:
Enable the estimates view to remember each user’s column width adjustments so that customized sizing remains in place after leaving and returning to the screen.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when a user changes column widths in the estimates view, those adjustments revert to the default layout after navigating away and returning. This creates a repetitive and inefficient experience for users who rely on customized column sizing to review estimate data effectively.

Proposed Solution:
Store column width preferences on the estimates view at the individual user level.
When a user resizes one or more columns, save those settings automatically so they persist across sessions and page navigation.
Apply the saved column widths only to the user who made the changes, without affecting other users’ view settings.
Provide a fallback to the standard default column widths when no saved user preference exists.

Benefits:
Reduces repetitive manual resizing each time users return to the estimates view.
Improves usability by preserving personalized workspace preferences.
