Feature Request: Contextual Navigation from Estimates List

Summary:
Enable direct, context-aware navigation from the Estimates list so that selecting a BOE name opens the BOE View with the corresponding BOE item selected, and selecting a PBS name opens the Estimates view with the corresponding PBS item selected. This feature would make it easier for users to move between related estimate elements without losing context.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users need a more intuitive way to navigate from the Estimates list to the specific BOE or PBS item they want to review. Without direct contextual navigation, finding the correct related record can require extra clicks and manual searching, slowing down workflows and making it harder to move efficiently between estimate components.

Proposed Solution:
Allow users to click a BOE name in the Estimates list and open the BOE View with that specific BOE item automatically selected.
Allow users to click a PBS name in the Estimates list and open the Estimates view with that specific PBS item automatically selected.
Ensure the selected item is clearly highlighted when the destination view opens so users immediately understand the navigation context.
Maintain consistent behavior across both BOE and PBS links to create a predictable user experience.
