Depreciation Table

The ability to create a table for depreciation and apply depreciation to specific elements within that table. Add the table to the templates without rates.

User Case

Currently, to depreciate specific items within the proposal, the user must create an override item for each depreciation and enter the rates/dates for that item.

The table would be set up at the proposal level with all the elements already selected, so the user would only need to enter dates and rates in one place.
