Description: Provide the ability to reference linked documents like SharePoint or other tools with linked access-controlled file delivery capabilities. Links should be specific to files being delivered with that cost volume submittal.

Use Case/Example: There is a shared document on SharePoint that is updated from the team daily. The user needs to ingrate the updates from this document into the cost volume every time the cost volume is generated.
