Add the ability to archive and/or delete Audit and Change Log Files

Currently, ProPricer can be configured to produce "Change" and "Audit" logs, which is great! Since this information is stored in the database, some method of archiving and/or deleting log files based on parameters (e.g., date, size, etc.) needs to be developed.
