Add a field for 'Proposal Type' in the Pricing tab of Proposal Properties

There is currently a drop down for Contract Type, we would like another drop down for Proposal Type that would include: Firm, ROM, and NTE.Or even better, let us create a table with our own list for the drop down so that we can add or take away as needed.
