Modifiable Field(s) in Proposal List Screen

Please allow edits to Proposal User Fields directly within the Proposal List Screen. Currently, when double-clicking "proposal" in the navigation pane, it pulls up a full list of proposals. Within that field are many of the proposal properties menu fields, including proposal user fields, that are not modifiable from this proposal list screen. Please allow modification from this screen.

As well as ensure that those edits get reflected in the Management Console product when updated.
