Description: Upload multiple Summary Fields and Resources Fields w/ I.E. tool at one time

Use Case/Example: It would be really great if we had the ability to upload multiple Summary/Resource Field Value Lists at the same time. Currently, when uploading these fields via the Import/Export tool, you are only allowed to do one list at a time (i.e. Option, CLIN/SLIN, WBS, User Fields, etc). I know we have brought it up with them before, and their response that I remember has typically been "well you can copy paste", but having to click 3 windows deep for every field to be able to copy/paste isn't a viable wholistic solution.

Can provide example mockups of what this could potentially look like if that helps them.
