Role-Based Controls for Locked Proposal Permission Overrides

Please add the ability to revoke access/edits to Locked Proposal Permission Overrides at a role-based level. Currently, Locked Proposal Rights can be restricted for all users/roles as an "all or nothing" approach. However, adding a role-based control would allow needed granularity.

Currently, the "Owner" (regardless of system role) of the estimate has the ability to grant themselves or others access/modify the Locked Proposal Permission Overrides section of the Proposal Rights menu. The concern/risk in allowing the "Owner" this functionality is that the estimate could be modified after it's been locked and submitted, which would no longer align with final pricing documents. There should be a role-based control that restrict access to this section regardless of ownership to the estimate.
