Feature Request: Style Lock Enforcement

Summary:
Enable users to lock document styling so all text must use predefined styles rather than manual font formatting. This would help ensure consistency across documents and prevent ad hoc font changes that create formatting issues.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users can apply manual font formatting throughout a document, which can lead to inconsistent styling, reduced readability, and extra cleanup effort. Without a way to enforce style usage, documents may drift away from standard formatting guidelines, making them harder to maintain and less professional in appearance.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a style lock setting that restricts document formatting to approved styles only.
Ensure all text in the document must use an existing defined style rather than direct font overrides.
Prevent users from manually changing font attributes such as typeface, size, or other text formatting when style lock is enabled.
Allow administrators or document owners to enable or disable style lock depending on the document’s purpose and collaboration needs.
Provide clear feedback when users attempt to apply formatting outside the approved style set.
