Changes in the Header and Footer of the structure apply to child section.

Feature Request: Header and Footer Inheritance for Child Sections

Summary:
Enable changes made to a structure’s header and footer to automatically apply to all child sections within that structure. This should ensure consistent formatting and content across related sections while reducing the need for repetitive manual updates.

Problem Statement:
Currently, updating headers and footers across multiple child sections can require manual changes in each section individually. This is inefficient, especially in large or complex document structures, and increases the risk of inconsistencies in formatting or content. As a result, users may spend unnecessary time maintaining uniformity and still end up with mismatched section presentation.

Proposed Solution:
Allow headers and footers defined at the parent structure level to propagate automatically to all associated child sections.
Ensure that any updates to header or footer content or formatting at the top level are reflected consistently across linked child sections.
Maintain the parent-child relationship so inherited header and footer changes remain synchronized over time.
Apply this behavior in a way that improves consistency without requiring users to manually reapply the same updates in each section.

Benefits:
Reduces manual effort when managing headers and footers across structured documents.
Improves consistency and presentation across all child sections.
Minimizes the risk of formatting discrepancies or outdated header and footer content.
Streamlines document maintenance for users working with complex, multi-section structures.
