Allow users to directly export/process individual sections from the Section View in BOE Pro. This enhancement provides a quick way to generate printouts for focused review without printing the entire document.

Use Case:
A user reviewing specific sections of a proposal needs an exported/processed copy of only those sections for meetings or analysis.
