Feature Request: Bulk Update Table Properties

Description:
Enable users to perform bulk updates to table properties within the editor. This feature would allow users to efficiently modify attributes such as cell borders, cell background color, and other formatting options across multiple cells, rows, columns, or entire tables simultaneously, rather than making repetitive changes cell by cell.

Use Case/Example:
A user needs to apply a consistent border style and a specific background color to all header cells in a report table. Currently, the user must select and modify each cell individually, which is time-consuming and error-prone. With bulk update capabilities, the user could select multiple cells, rows, or columns and apply the desired formatting in one action, improving efficiency and ensuring consistency throughout the document.
