Feature Request: Styles for Bullet and Numbered Lists

Description: Enhance the text editor to support customizable styles for bullet and numbered lists, allowing users to choose from various formatting options (e.g., different bullet shapes, number formats, indentation levels, and spacing).

Use Case/Example:
Users frequently create lists in product documentation, meeting notes, and requirements. Currently, list formatting is limited, making it challenging to meet organizational branding guidelines or to visually differentiate between types of information. For example, a team may want to use checkmarks for task lists, Roman numerals for procedural steps, or custom colors to highlight critical items.
