Show auto numbering when selecting parents

Feature Request: Auto Numbering for Parent Section Selection

Description: Display automatic numbering for parent sections when users are creating a new section in Cost Volume Properties or copying an existing section. This enhancement will make it easier to identify and select the correct parent section, improving accuracy and efficiency during section management.

Use Case/Example:

• When a user creates a new section, the list of available parent sections should show their auto numbering (e.g., 1, 1.1, 2) alongside section names for clear identification.

• When copying an existing section, the selection dialog for the parent should also display auto numbering to maintain consistency and reduce confusion.
