Comment indicators on section cards

Feature Request: Comment Status Indicators on Section Cards

Summary:
Add visual comment indicators to each section card in the section view so users can quickly see where comments exist and what their current status is, without opening each section. The indicators should be color-coded to reflect comment state (e.g., new, in progress, resolved).

Problem Statement:
Currently, users have no at-a-glance way to know which sections contain comments or whether those comments require attention. They must open each section individually to discover discussions, which is inefficient and makes it easy to miss critical feedback or unresolved questions. This slows down review cycles and increases the risk that important comments remain unaddressed.

Proposed Solution:
Display a comment indicator icon or badge on every section card in the section view whenever one or more comments exist in that section.
Colorize the indicator based on the status of comments within the section (for example: grey for no comments, red for new/unread comments, yellow for comments awaiting response, green for all comments resolved).
Show a comment count tooltip or badge (e.g., total comments and/or number of unresolved comments) when hovering over or focusing on the indicator.
Update the indicator in real time (or on refresh) as comments are added, read, replied to, or resolved.
Ensure the design is accessible (sufficient color contrast and an alternative text or icon state for color-blind users).

Benefits:
Improves visibility into where discussions and feedback are concentrated across sections.
Reduces time spent manually opening sections to check for comments.
Helps users prioritize review and follow-up by highlighting sections with unresolved or new comments.
Supports more efficient collaboration and faster resolution of feedback.
Decreases the likelihood that important comments are overlooked.
