Description: Validate and/or enforce remaining calculation difference. The user can save a BOE when there are remaining difference between the calculations and the direct inputs. Add an option to warn, validate on workflow, or validate on save ro provide a flexible way to prevent calculation errors.

Use Case/Example: User enters a calculation in the text, the system finds and add the calculation to the BOE, but the user spreads more hours then calculated. The user tries to send the BOE for review and is wanted about the calculation differences.
