Feature Request: Award and Post-Award Tracking

Summary:
Enable users to manage the full lifecycle of government contract awards and post-award execution in a centralized workflow. The feature should support contract setup, funding and billing oversight, compliance tracking, performance monitoring, modifications, option periods, and closeout activities so teams can maintain operational visibility and reduce administrative risk.

Problem Statement:
Teams managing awarded contracts often rely on spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and manual follow-up to track critical post-award details. This makes it difficult to monitor contract structure, funding status, deliverables, compliance obligations, staffing requirements, modifications, and closeout tasks in one place. As a result, important deadlines, reporting requirements, funding thresholds, and contractual changes can be missed or handled inefficiently.

Proposed Solution:
Provide a dedicated award and post-award tracking capability that captures contract setup details such as contract number, award date, contract type, period of performance, total value, funded amounts, and CLIN/SLIN structure.
Allow teams to track key dates, contracting officials, clauses, and subcontractor flow-down requirements as part of the contract baseline.
Support financial oversight through visibility into obligated versus expended funding, burn rate, invoice schedules, payment status, indirect rates, and alerts for funding or ceiling thresholds.
Include compliance and reporting management for CDRLs, CPARS, required reports, labor and timekeeping controls, and cybersecurity obligations tied to the contract.
Enable execution tracking for milestones, deliverables, staffing, subcontractor performance, and risks or issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
Provide lifecycle change management for modifications, option period decisions, REAs or claims, and contract closeout activities including final invoicing and reconciliation.
