Manage PPC connection similar to the way it functions in the Import/Export tool

We have multiple databases for Propricer within our enterprise and there are users who have to jump between multiple PPCs and all the other applications allow for this change from one PPC to another. This is not the case with the management console, once a PPC has been selected there is no way to select a new one easily unlike Propricer and the Import/export tool.
