Feature Request: Team User Bulk Management

Summary:
Enable users to add and manage team members more efficiently through multi-select actions, user-level attributes, and a copy/paste-enabled grid for quick entry and updates. This feature should reduce manual effort and make it easier to maintain accurate team data at scale.

Problem Statement:
Currently, adding users to a team is too manual and inefficient. Users must perform repetitive actions one at a time, which slows down team setup and updates. There is also limited support for managing important user-specific details, such as years of experience or clearance level. Without a faster bulk entry method, maintaining team member data becomes tedious and more prone to inconsistency.

Proposed Solution:
Add the ability to multi-select users when adding them to a team so multiple users can be assigned in a single action.
Allow administrators or authorized users to create and manage custom attributes at the user level, such as years of experience and clearance level.
Provide a grid-based interface that supports copy and paste functionality, similar to BOE Pro quick add, to enable rapid entry and editing of team member information.
Ensure the grid supports structured bulk updates while maintaining data accuracy and usability.
