Feature Request: Disable Document Link Sharing at the System Level

Summary:
Allow account administrators to disable document link sharing across the entire system so that users cannot generate or access shareable document links outside of approved internal access controls. This feature would give organizations stronger governance over sensitive content and help ensure document access aligns with security and compliance requirements.

Problem Statement:
Currently, document link sharing can create a security and governance risk for organizations that need tighter control over confidential or internal documentation. If shareable links are available, users may unintentionally expose content beyond the intended audience, even when broader sharing is not permitted by company policy. For organizations operating under strict compliance, privacy, or security standards, the lack of a system-level control makes it difficult to consistently enforce document-sharing restrictions across all teams and workspaces.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a system-level administrative setting that allows account administrators to disable document link sharing for all documents across the account.
When this setting is enabled, users should no longer be able to create new shareable links for documents.
Existing shared links should either be automatically deactivated or administrators should have the option to revoke them as part of enabling the setting.
Users attempting to share a document by link should see a clear message indicating that link sharing has been disabled by their administrator.
The setting should apply consistently across all relevant document types and workspaces to ensure centralized enforcement.
Administrators should retain the ability to re-enable document link sharing later if organizational policies change.
