Sanitize proposal prior to sending to EBS

Create menu of options to delete/scramble names, bidders, BOE, etc etc etc. Often times a request for a .zip by EBS is for only one issue, and a lot of the data can be stripped out.

Curve Unit Price to Proposal Quantity

Ability to curve the Material Unit price up or down to the Proposed Quantity. For example PO history is for a specific quantity vs Quotes where you may have range pricing. It would be great if the software curved the unit price.
