Display the cost (Direct or Price, selectable) by section just like the usage is currently displayed on the BOE List View. Like usage but display costs.

Allow the ability to exclude the BOE section from printing and make it clear on the BOE View which section will print and which will not.

Better Reporting for the quick adds. A quick-add report log that shows what changed, like the one for what-ifs.

Option to unlock the proposal during the sync

Not every estimator should have access to every BOE in the library.
