Header default to the title of the section instead of needing to re-enter it.

BOE Sections: Would be nice if the Header defaulted to the title of the BOE section instead of needing to re-enter it. For Task Description, the header would default to Task Description. (see screenshot)

Proposal Properties: Each BOE section has a define description. Recommend that description be pre-populated in the Instructions sections that way the instructions are visible within the BOE. (see screenshot)

Default Instructions to system information but allow it to be edited if necessary.

Default the "Default Value" area to the section title, but allow it to be edited if necessary. Prepopulate sections that are required with the default section title.

Need an active refresh function to push updates of BOE Section content to flow to existing BOEs.
