Auto Timeout and Settings

* Auto Timeout: Automatically logs out users after a predefined period of inactivity. The duration should be adjustable by system administrators.
* Customizable Timeout Settings: Administrators should be able to set and modify the timeout duration through a settings panel in the administrative interface of BOE Pro.
* User Notification: Users should receive a warning notification before being logged out, allowing them to extend their session if they are still actively working.
* User Data: User data should be saved when they are logged out.
* Default Settings: The default auto timeout setting should be 30 minutes but adjustable as needed.
